The only setup fee is your first month’s payment, there are no large setup fees or initial costs, just one simple monthly payment covers the design, build and support of your website.

If you choose a pay monthly package yes there is a minimum 12 month term. This is because we invest a lot of time in the initial design and build. We want you to be 100% happy and not only be with us for 12 months but as long as we can!

If you are on a pay monthly package after the 12 months the website is yours entirely! You can take it elsewhere or we have two ongoing packages you can pick from, support and hosting or hosting only.

Yes, we’ll make sure of it. Your Design Manager will work closely with you to ensure that your website is designed just the way you want it. You’ll be given the opportunity to review your site throughout the design process to be sure that we’re heading in the right direction.

Not to worry, we keep designing your website until we have something you are 100% happy with. We’re passionate about design and pretty sure we can come up with something to blow your socks off.

No problem. If you don’t need us to provide you with a new domain name, we can instead manage and renew your existing one for you.

Yes. Your monthly payments will be deducted from the total cost of your website. Once your balance is clear, you’ll be free to transfer your website elsewhere, but will lose the supporting services provided by us (such as domain renewals, hosting, business email, ongoing support etc). If you decide to stay with us, you’ll be given the option of future redesigns to ensure that your website is always looking its best.

Whilst we have clients throughout the UK, we are based in Leyland, Preston, this is where all our work is done, nothing is outsourced to third parties, we have a team of talented web designers, developers, digital marketers and support staff, to ensure you always receive a high quality service.
