If you need more comprehensive support or regular updates, our Hosting, Support & Updates package includes allocated support hours, plus a discounted rate on any additional support hours you may require.

For clients on our ‘monthly hosting, support and updates’ packages, we offer a reduced hourly rate of £40 instead of £50 for ad hoc support.

If you have some website development and maintenance skills, you may feel confident maintaining your own website without support. We offer yearly hosting with pay-as-you-go ad hoc support from our technical web experts available for an hourly rate, so you only pay for what you need.
